Booking & cancellation
Booking a session
A 50% deposit confirms your booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session. Your first 20-minute discovery call is free.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice.
Cancellation
Cancel more than 48 hours before your session and your deposit is refunded or moved to a new date. Cancellations within 48 hours, or missed sessions, forfeit the deposit.
Online course
Digital products are non-refundable once access to the course content has been opened.
Shopping & shoots
Styling fees do not include the cost of clothing, or travel outside the city. These are agreed in advance.
Gift cards
Gift cards are valid for 12 months and cannot be exchanged for cash.
